I am happy to announce my signing with Powderfinger Publicity. We are going to do a major Adult contemporary and College radio campaign in the Fall for "Home is Wherever You Are" .. So.... My day is now planned.. I will go to the post office to send off more "Home Is Wherever You Are" CD's and send some paperwork to Powderfinger . then I shall buy the new Ben Folds Five CD and drive around listening to it full blast.. and I am starting to feel an urge to eat something with mushrooms and cheese.. right now its a quesadilla.. maybe an hour from now it may turn into some type of cheeseburger.. or if I wait too long It may get Italian oriented.. whatever it is .. My day is gonna be sweeet!!! Oh and I just set up rehearsals with the String Section that will be backing me up at The Mint LA on Tuesday at 8pm for my official CD release show.

Two tracks off of "Home is Wherever You Are" will be made into music videos and released around the time the album hits stores. Home is directed by Jose Jacho assisted by Diliana Alexander of the Miami Indie Film Club. It was made in Miami before Fernando relocated to California and is set in the home Fernando grew up in. "Smile" is directed by Andrew Aidman assisted by Ryan Griswald. It was filmed in Los Angeles with an eclectic cast of extras. Home is Wherever You Are to be mastered by Brad Blackwood at Euphonic Masters
On Monday August 6th 2012, Brad Blackwood will master the new EP. Brad won a grammy for Allison Krauss and Union Station's "Paper Airplane" record. He has also mastered releases by Maroon 5, Saving Abel, North Mississippi All Stars, Against Me!, The Radiators, Thursday, and More.
